Septic Tank Removal Process

When we arrive to remove a septic tank, you'll need to let us know where the tank is located.

Please have all obstacles cleared away from the septic tank prior to our arrival.

Pets and kids need to be away from the work site while we are working. We will have heavy machinery operating in the area, and an exposed septic tank is fall-in danger.

We will absolutely do our best to respect your yard and landscaping but please understand that we can only do so much. If you have an area you would like us to place dirt as we are removing it from around the tank, let us know where it should go.

We will probably need to pump out the tank prior to removal so that will be the first step in the removal process.

Once the tank is empty, we will clear dirt from around the tank so we can disconnect any inlets and outlets running into and from the tank.

Once the tank is disconnected, a crane or other machine will be used to lift the tank onto a truck which will transport it for disposal.
