We understand the importance of, and do a regular tank inspection of each tank when it's empty. Our goal is to keep your septic system working properly so you don't have any surprises.

Septic Pumping Process

When we arrive for your septic tank pump-out, you'll need to let us know where the tank is if it is our first time on the job.

Please have all obstacles cleared away from the tank location prior to our arrival.

If you have pets, make sure you keep them indoors. We don't want to lose any dogs, cats, or even kids inside the tank.

We will need to dig a little to clear the way for the lid so we can remove it. Please understand, we do our best to avoid tearing up the yard. We will do our best to preserve your hard work.

Once we get the tank open, we'll use our pump truck to clean out the contents of the septic tank.

Following the cleaning, we'll do a visual inspection of the inside of the tank for any cracks, roots, clogs, or anything else you should be aware of.

After the inspection of the septic tank, we will close it back up, replace the grass or dirt, and clean up the area.

We should be on the job no more than an hour.
